This study, entitled Integrated and Sustainable Wellness Tourism Strategies for the Aging Society in the Pha Soet Hot Spring Area, Doi Hang Sub-district, Mueang Chiang Rai District, Chiang Rai Province, aimed to analyze macro- and microenvironmental factors affecting wellness tourism development for older adults, develop integrated and sustainable strategies and practical guidelines, and propose a stakeholder collaboration mechanism. A mixed-methods design was employed. Qualitative data were collected from administrators, service personnel, local wisdom holders, entrepreneurs, community representatives, older adult representatives, and relevant stakeholders through purposive sampling. Quantitative data were obtained from 400 older adult tourists selected through accidental sampling. The research instruments included field survey forms, in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, workshop procedures, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using content analysis, triangulation, and descriptive statistics. The findings showed that Pha Soet Hot Spring has development potential derived from the aging society, the growth of the wellness economy, demand for nature-based tourism, natural hot spring resources, local landscape, and cultural wisdom, including galangal, Ma-Khwaen, Thai traditional massage, Miang, Assam tea, Arabica coffee, and community products. However, key limitations were found in budget continuity, age-friendly facilities, safety systems, digital technology, cleanliness, toilets, bathing pools, ramps, handrails, non-slip surfaces, first-aid services, and carrying-capacity management. The survey results indicated that the overall wellness tourism potential was at a moderate level, with hot spring bathing services rated highest and facilities rated lowest. The proposed strategies consist of three phases: short-term improvement of sanitation, safety, age-friendly facilities, and ecological conservation; medium-term development of hydrotherapy innovation, herbal products, wellness services, and Thai traditional massage standards; and long-term development of digital information systems, online reservation, bilingual promotion, proactive marketing, and a community value chain. The study further proposes an area-based tripartite collaboration mechanism involving Doi Hang Subdistrict Municipality, a higher education institution, and cultural and community enterprise networks, supported by external agencies in natural resource conservation, public health, medical referral systems, and tourism marketing. This mechanism can support Pha Soet Hot Spring as an integrated and sustainable wellness tourism destination for older adults by linking health, economic, social, cultural, and environmental dimensions. การวิจัยเรื่องกลยุทธ์การท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพแบบบูรณาการและยั่งยืนเพื่อสังคมปัจฉิมวัยในพื้นที่บ่อน้ำพุร้อนผาเสริฐ ตำบลดอยฮาง อำเภอเมืองเชียงราย จังหวัดเชียงราย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยสภาพแวดล้อมระดับมหภาคและจุลภาคที่มีผลต่อศักยภาพการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุ 2) พัฒนากลยุทธ์และแนวทางปฏิบัติสำหรับการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพแบบบูรณาการและยั่งยืน และ 3) เสนอแนะกลไกความร่วมมือระหว่างผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีแบบผสานวิธี โดยเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากผู้บริหาร เจ้าหน้าที่ ปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน ผู้ประกอบการตัวแทนชุมชน ตัวแทนผู้สูงอายุ และผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่งคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง และเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณจากนักท่องเที่ยวผู้สูงอายุจ้านวน 400 คน โดยคัดเลือกแบบบังเอิญ เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสำรวจภาคสนาม แบบสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ประเด็นการสนทนากลุ่ม การประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการ และแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา การตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้า และสถิติเชิงพรรณนาผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยด้านการเมือง เศรษฐกิจ สังคม เทคโนโลยี กฎหมาย และสิ่งแวดล้อมเป็นทั้งโอกาสและข้อจำกัดต่อการพัฒนาบ่อน้ำพุร้อนผาเสริฐ โอกาสสำคัญ ได้แก่ การเข้าสู่สังคมสูงวัยการเติบโตของเศรษฐกิจสุขภาพ ความนิยมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงธรรมชาติ และศักยภาพของทรัพยากรน้ำพุร้อน ส่วนข้อจำกัดสำคัญ ได้แก่ ความไม่ต่อเนื่องของงบประมาณ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่ยังไม่เอื้อต่อผู้สูงอายุ ระบบความปลอดภัยที่ยังไม่สมบูรณ์ และข้อจำกัดด้านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัล ในระดับจุลภาค พื้นที่มีศักยภาพด้านทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ ภูมิทัศน์ และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่น เช่น สมุนไพรข่ามะแขว่น การนวดแผนไทย เมี่ยง ชาอัสสัม กาแฟอาราบิกา และผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชน แต่ยังต้องปรับปรุงความสะอาด ห้องน้ำ บ่อแช่น้ำร้อน ทางลาด ราวจับ พื้นกันลื่น ห้องปฐมพยาบาล และการจัดการขีดความสามารถในการรองรับนักท่องเที่ยว ผลการสำรวจพบว่า ศักยภาพการท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพของพื้นที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยด้านบริการแช่น้ำร้อนได้รับคะแนนสูงสุด ส่วนด้านสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกได้รับคะแนนต่ำสุดกลยุทธ์การพัฒนาที่เสนอแบ่งเป็น 3 ระยะ ได้แก่ ระยะสั้นเน้นสุขาภิบาล ความปลอดภัยสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับผู้สูงอายุ และการอนุรักษ์ระบบนิเวศ ระยะกลางเน้นนวัตกรรมวารีบำบัด ผลิตภัณฑ์สมุนไพร บริการสุขภาพ และมาตรฐานนวดแผนไทย และระยะยาวเน้นระบบสารสนเทศดิจิทัล ระบบจองคิวออนไลน์ สื่อสองภาษา การตลาดเชิงรุก และห่วงโซ่คุณค่าชุมชน ทั้งนี้กลไกความร่วมมือที่เหมาะสมคือ “กลไกสามประสานเชิงพื้นที่” ระหว่างเทศบาลต้าบลดอยฮางสถาบันอุดมศึกษา และเครือข่ายวัฒนธรรมและวิสาหกิจชุมชน โดยเชื่อมโยงกับหน่วยงานภายนอกด้านทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ สาธารณสุข ระบบส่งต่อทางการแพทย์ และการตลาดการท่องเที่ยว เพื่อยกระดับบ่อน้ำพุร้อนผาเสริฐสู่แหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงสุขภาพผู้สูงอายุที่บูรณาการมิติสุขภาพ เศรษฐกิจสังคม วัฒนธรรม และสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างยั่งยืน
